Shoes
- 10 year olds; 11 year olds; 12 year olds:
will use molded cleats or tennis shoes - NO METAL SPIKES ALLOWED!
- 13 year olds; 14 year olds; 15 year olds;
will be allowed to use metal spikes - METAL SPIKES ALLOWED!
Bats - The following pertains to the legality of bats in the MBL
10 year olds
- Maximum diameter at the thickest part: 2 1/4" or less with unlimited weight differential
- Bat Length:........................................36" or less
11 year olds; 12 year olds; 13 year olds
- In diameter at the thickest part:...2 1/4" or less with unlimited weight differential
- In diameter at the thickest part:...2 1/2" or less with minus 9 weight differential
- In diameter at the thickest part:...2 5/8" or less with minus 9 weight differential
- In diameter at the thickest part:...2 3/4" or less with minus 9 weight differential
- Bat Length:........................................36" or less
14 year olds
- In diameter at the thickest part:...2 3/4" or less with minus 5 weight differential
- In the 14-15 "A" league, MBL will use the 14 year old bat rule

15 year olds
- In diameter at the thickest part:...2 5/8" or less with minus 3 weight differential
