2008 - 2009 'Free' Indoor Farmington player workout opportunities

Player Training Opportunity - Farmington School's Gym Space

FTBA has arranged 'free' 2008 - 2009 indoor baseball 'player' workout opportunities for Farmington Baseball Players.

The twelve opportunities will be:

  • December - 2 opportunities
  • January - 2 opportunities
  • February - 5 opportunities
  • March - 3 opportunities

All twelve opportunities have been posted to the FTBA calendar [December 2008; January 2009; February 2009 and March 2009]

These indoor baseball 'player' workout opportunities are for players to be 9 - 15 years old this upcoming 2009 baseball season.

These baseball workout opportunities are for players to come and workout individually, with other friends and/or their parents. FTBA will not be offering structured/coach lead instructions during these workout opportunities. FTBA is considering station based workouts this year (this is a different format for those whom attended indoor baseball 'player workout opportunities last winter). If station based workouts are used - a player can work through the stations which should take about 30 - 40 minutes and then that player would be done and should be picked up so other players can get through the stations.

In order to participate, a release waiver will need to signed and on file. If FTBA does not receive a filled out/signed waiver the player will not be able to workout. This waiver can be printed from the website, filled out and brought with you before your player's first workout. See below 'Waiver' link for the release waiver.

FTBA is working on getting volunteers to staff/supervise the workout opportunities. Individual sessions may need to be cancelled if FTBA is unable to find volunteers. Therefore, I would recommend before attending an individual workout opportunity check the FTBA calendar - we will update the website if a session is cancelled.

These baseball workout opportunities are at no charge.
